There's an internet post called "Oil is killing our cars" that stated Castrol HD 30 has high levels of ZDDP and is great of breaking in a motor. It was linked from a thread on here a while ago. You should be able to find it in a Google search. But again, beware of what you hear on the internet.
I used HD 30 for my original TT-swap/rebuild and I used it again for the rebuild I finished a few months ago. No problems with the engine break-in for both those motors.
